OUR BACKGROUND

Focused expertise, carried
from one coast to the other.

Advanced Entry Solutions began as NW Fire Door in the Pacific Northwest. After relocating to Florida’s West Coast, the company relaunched near Tampa Bay with the same focused practice: evaluating fire and smoke door assemblies and providing clear, opening-level documentation for facilities and project teams.

THE AES APPROACH

Specialized knowledge,
applied in the field.

AES combines door and hardware expertise with defined inspection scopes, practical site coordination, and records organized for the people responsible for the building.

Applicable openings, inspection type, access, schedule, identifiers, and reporting needs are confirmed before field work begins.

Visual and functional checks are informed by professional credentials, applicable standards, project documents, and observed field conditions.

Field work is planned around occupied facilities, active construction, restricted areas, and the people responsible for site access.

Findings are organized by door or opening for maintenance, corrective work, project coordination, and professional review.

CREDENTIALS & STANDARDS

Technical expertise behind every inspection.

AES brings professional DHI credentials and working knowledge of NFPA 80 and NFPA 105 to each engagement. Every opening is considered as an assembly—not as an isolated door leaf.

Door Hardware Technician

Working knowledge of commercial door hardware, installation, adjustment, application, and operation.

Door + Hardware Consultant

Advanced expertise across doors, frames, hardware, specifications, and complete opening assemblies.

Certified Fire and Egress Door Assembly Inspector

Working knowledge of commercial door hardware, installation, adjustment, application, and operation.

NFPA 80 & NFPA 105

Standards knowledge applied to the agreed scope, available project documents, and requirements identified for the engagement.

OUR PRINCIPLES

A clear standard for every engagement.

Every AES engagement is guided by careful evaluation, clear communication, and respect for the people and operations inside the building.

Technical Integrity

Professional credentials, applicable standards, project documents, and observed field conditions guide the inspection and resulting documentation.

Clear Communication

AES confirms the scope before field work and organizes findings so responsible stakeholders can understand what was evaluated and what requires follow-up.

Practical Coordination

Scheduling, access, inspection sequencing, opening identifiers, and reporting needs are planned around the realities of each facility or project.

WOMAN-OWNED LEADERSHIP

A focused practice,
led with purpose.
